PDF Printable Financial Policy

First of all, do you even have a financial policy? From looking at your competetors' websites it seems that a lot of clinics have their financial aid policies posted on the web, often times there is a link to a printable document.

Maybe it would be a good idea to post it. Maybe not. It wouldn't take that much work, and seeing as how all of the competing clinics have this I thought it might be wise to include one. People who visit any kind of site generally have some expectations of what they're going to find based on other sites that display similar content. If we don't have something like that, there's a very slim possibility that we will lose our credibility in some weird, unconscious way in the users' eye.
